Oddly enough, your question isn't very clear.  Are you
on Linux or Windows?  For Linux, use lsof or fuser.  On
Windows, use fport (NT/2K) or netstat w/ the '-o'
switch (XP/.NET).  These methods will show you which
ports each application is using, if any.  On the
Windows systems, the tools won't show you what ports
*you* are using, necessarily.
