Mark,
At GCSU use of our logos is governed by our University Communications
office and their "acceptable use" policies.  In the case of MySpace,
FaceBook, etc.  individuals would need to go through Univ. Comm. to
have the use approved.  As for enforcement, we don't have any MySpace
police searching for logos and such, though we do inadvertently run
across one now and again.  We do now have an active awareness
campaign and our career center is preaching that future employers are
looking at MySpace and FaceBook when making hiring decisions.
