You would be better off going to either your distribution's site or the specific package's site. So if you are looking for general system administration stuff for Fedora, go to Fedora's site. If you need specific, non-distribution information about sendmail, go to the sendmail site. I don't think you will find any one list that handles system administration for all packages and flavors for Linux. But the specific lists are very good. You could also try googling or looking through the Linux documentation project (svnadmin). You could also look into the USENIX (http://www.usenix.org/), SAGE (http://www.sage.org/), or LOPSA (http://lopsa.org/).
