Teresa:
InfraGard is an FBI program to bring public and private sector
security personal to build trust and exchange information concerning
terrorists, intelligence, criminal and security matters. Membership
involves a security check. While the program began with cyber security,
it has branched out in a number of areas such as chemical and
food/agriculture. It can provide good contacts with the FBI and others,
meetings/presentations and access to some restricted papers of interest.
Beyond that I understand the program varies from region to region and
your mileage may vary with relevance to your needs.
