At the risk of sounding too curmudgeonly, how about this:

"Statements about confidentiality with respect to email are relatively
worthless.  If you have received this message and shouldn't have, please
just be nice about it and delete it, since really I can't stop you or
anyone else who might have read it from doing whatever you want with it."
