basic nessus scan as part of registering with Packet Fence

Another Packet Fence question.

We are looking at doing a basic nessus scan (something that takes no
longer than a couple of minutes) when people first register with
packetfence.  Again does anyone have a list of scripts you run from
nessus in this situation or any other experience that might be useful
to us.

Once registered I intend to do full scans periodically...
