Telecommuting Policy

We are in the process of creating a telecommuting policy.  I am
interested in the hardware, software and security aspects of this
policy. Ultimately this policy will run the gamut from remote adjuncts
teaching a single online course to full time administrative staff
working mostly from home.  Does anyone have an existing policy that they
would be willing to share?
