AD & Google Auditing

What are the others using to audit AD and Google?  I've been hunting around, but wanted to hear some opinions and 
ideas.  We have a need in the short term to look at last login across the domain and Google.  In the long term, I'm 
looking for tools that will help with standard enforcement, reporting on usage, etc.
