I have no idea what they mean by "touched" except maybe in the head.  I
just installed the software, created the network objects and rules and
various settings, and plugged the cables in to put my FW between the
internal router and the internet.  Worked fine (except for settings).
Users did not even know it happened, nor did sysadmins.
