[PATCH] IPV6_RANGES targets_type

Hi list,

I've done a patch to add a new target type: IPV6_RANGES.
Now you can (as with ipv4) give ipv6 addresses as ranges:
::1,3   fe80::feba:*   1:2:3:4:5:6:7,8,9,a-f:ff-fff   ...

Is there people who find it useful ?
Any feedback are welcome !
