RE: NMAP 3.93 doesn't honor -P0 option

Tried on Win XP and seeing the same behaviour - any suggestions?

When I do:
# nmap -P0 -sS 10.100.3.3 <http://10.100.3.3> it says that the ARP ping
failed.
if i use nmap 3.84ALPHA1, it just skips the ping and scans the host
