Nmap XP problem

Hello and greetings from Romania! I came to you
with a little problem. For making the things easyer
I've attached a .jpg. I googled every single text from
that error but I didn't find anything that could solve
my problem. I've included "--iflist" and "-version" in
the picture. I'm using Windows XP SP2.
