snortcenter server

hi all !!
i have installed my snortcenter server in a machine and the snortcenter 
agent in others machines with snort sensors but i cant connect my 
snortcenter server with snortcenter agnets ?
no either view rules in snortcenter , it gave me this error "no update this 
time " !how can i do that? any one can help me?
