CA's support is awful all around.  This is from a former employee.  The
AV product is a pretty strong product for them though.  I would suggest
supportconnect.ca.com or esupport.ca.com for support if you can get away
without talking to a drone.  Esupport is going away soon though.
Everything should be migrated to supportconnect by now though.

Do any of you use CA eTrust Antivirus 7 or 7.1 ?

We have 4000 users.  Product seems effective but CA support is dreadful.

Cannot get simplest of answers.  I have a senior engineer teaching their
Helpdesk about the product.

Anybody have good or bad experience of this product ?
